We have managed construction projects across the country for more than 70 years. Our experience spans three generations of the Killian family. This combination of experience, highly skilled managers and proven internal processes allows us to exceed expectations as your General Contractor.
We provide the Owner with a proposal after reviewing the construction plans. We also manage the bid process for all work with Subcontractors.
We procure and manage Subcontractors and Suppliers on behalf of the Owner. All communication with Subcontractors goes through the Killian team.
We maintain and follow an established quality control system. Our team ensures that the work provided meets or exceeds these standards.
We perform site inspections throughout the construction process to address potential hazards. Our team implements safety procedures and follows legal guidelines to reduce risk on the job site.
Our project closeout is simple and straightforward. We track and document project progress in detail to make closeout more efficient and provide Owners with the documentation they need.
We offer a warranty on work completed. Killian will correct faulty work if found within one year of project completion
