This week our Safety Manager, Layton, led several members of our team to become First Aid & CPR certified via ILCOR (International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation) whose vision is to save more lives globally through resuscitation.
At Killian, safety is the most important part of what we do. From our management team and supervisors to our employees, we believe creating a safe workplace is a team effort. Our goal is to create a risk-free environment for our employees. We believe that risks can be reduced when everyone works toward the shared goal of safety, which we provide education and training on to keep top-of-mind and ensure the implementation of safe practices throughout.
